Drag and drop

Drag and drop works consistently across Taskspect, with orange feedback showing where the item will land.

• Task View: Drag cards between columns to change projects. Drag column headers to reorder projects.
• Timeline View: Drag task blocks to reschedule them, move them between project rows, or resize them by their edges.
• Timebox View: Drag tasks from the list into the schedule. Drag the same task into multiple time slots, move scheduled blocks, or resize their duration.
• Tags: Drag a tag from the sidebar onto a task in any view.
• Sidebar: Drag areas and projects to reorder them.

For precise changes, open the task’s detail panel or use the keyboard controls described in the relevant view.
