Calendar integration

Slotted can display events from your macOS calendars directly on the schedule grid. Seeing meetings and appointments next to your task blocks makes it easy to plan around the time you have already committed.

Showing events

Import events from your macOS calendars and they appear on the schedule alongside your task blocks. The first time you enable this, macOS prompts you for Calendar access.

Turn calendar events on or off with the Show calendar events setting.

Telling events apart

Calendar events use a distinct hatched pattern, so they are easy to distinguish from task blocks at a glance.

Read-only

Calendar events block out time on your grid, but they cannot be moved or resized in Slotted. To change an event, edit it in your calendar app.

The schedule auto-refreshes when your calendar changes, so events stay current without any manual step.

Note: If events are not appearing, make sure Show calendar events is enabled in Settings and that you allowed Calendar access when macOS asked.
