Settings

Settings collects every option Slotted offers. Adjust these to match how you like your day laid out.

Available settings

• Schedule hours: set the start and end of the day shown on the grid.
• Text size: a slider to scale the interface text.
• Appearance: Light, Dark, or Auto.
• Hide empty categories: hide task categories that have no tasks.
• Hide empty projects: hide projects that have no tasks.
• Hide scheduled tasks: remove tasks from the list once scheduled. Turn this off to use multi-timebox and place the same task in more than one slot.
• Show or hide deadlines: show or hide the red deadline indicators.
• Show or hide the current-time line: show or hide the “now” line on the grid.
• Show calendar events: display your macOS calendar events on the schedule.
• Clear schedule at midnight: when off, blocks carry forward to the next day.
• iCloud Sync: turn syncing of your schedule across devices on or off.
