iCloud sync

Slotted can sync your schedule across your devices using iCloud. Plan on one Mac and your day plan is waiting for you on another.

How it works

Sync runs on iCloud (CloudKit). It is reliable and offline-capable, with conflict resolution built in, so your schedule stays consistent even after you make changes on more than one device.

Turning it on

Flip a simple on/off toggle in Settings. There is no account setup beyond being signed into iCloud on your Mac.

Privacy

Only your own iCloud account is used. Slotted makes no other network calls.

Note: iCloud Sync covers Slotted’s own schedule data, meaning your time blocks. It does not sync your Things 3 data. Your tasks always come live from Things 3 on each Mac.
